What:  Consolidated and automated software ordering and tracking systems for domestic and overseas custom parts manufacturing thereby strengthening design and manufacturing flow for parts inventory management, sourcing, manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, and shipping of high-power electric motorbikes (mopeds). Drafted templates, standards, and controls for internal and external communications and customer documentation.

• Collaborated closely with the U.S. NHTSA representative to generate and provide a litany of required documentation and evidence to attain a coveted U.S. NHTSA vehicle manufacturer's VIN number for the organization allowing it to create and track a legally recognized manufacturing number per vehicle.

• Overhauled production facility layout and improved manufacturing and production flow thereby increasing the production by 500% from 30 bikes/month to 160 electric motorbikes/month while reducing labor costs by 40%. 

• Designed, developed, and implemented a new and efficient parts inventory, processes, and supplier management system that decreased overall parts and handling costs by 50% while improving quality and dropping production times.
